iPayroll Giving - Make a Donation
iPayroll Giving donation
Any Registered Charity that uses iPayroll to pay their employees can be listed here. Your donation goes to the charity and you receive the tax credit back in your pay so you will not need a receipt for tax purposes).
How to set up a new iPayroll Giving donation
- Select your charity from the Donate to* drop down
- Enter > Amount* you want to donate
- Select frequency > This is a* One-off or Every pay until stopped
- Select > Charity Contact to allow the Charity to contact you (they will receive your name, email and address details as shown in the My Account area of your employee kiosk) or your donation will be anonymous
- Review your selections
- Submit
- Review details in the Upcoming Donations
- Check your next payslip
How to amend an iPayroll Giving donation
Your Upcoming Donations are listed in Make Donations in your employee kiosk.
- Select the edit icon to change the details of donation
- Save or
- Select the Rubbish Bin to Delete Donation
- Are you sure screen opens
- Select > Cancel or Delete
- Review details in the Upcoming Donations list
- Check your next payslip
