User Access - API User

API User 

This access is intended for users who will only access our system through the API. The main user of an organisation can add an API user.
These users are not able to view or modify the application details via the user interface.

User name

The convention for creating a new API User is a minimum of 13 characters. It must include the 5 digit Organisation number followed by "api", then the name of the integration partner - example 49764apihrcompany
