Upload Pay Rates

This upload file will allow you to change pay rates for several people at once. The pay rate for anyone on the upload file will be applied to the next pay period when you open the pay. If your pay is already open, it will update the existing pay.
Review the employee's Personal Details page after the upload. Use the Reports > HR > Staff Pay Rates.
This can be used if you need to change all your active casual employees for the minimum wage changes on 01 April.
If your pay rate change does not apply to the whole pay, you will need to split the hours. Add an additional line into your timesheet entry for the hours that it does not apply to and override with the old pay rate. The 2 lines should add up to the total hours worked in the pay.
With any upload sheet, use caution and review your information carefully before you upload. Test it on one or two employees if you need to.
