Regional Holiday or Anniversary Day

Regional Holiday or Anniversary Day

Regional or Anniversary Day

Notes
It is a legislative requirement that employees get a paid day off on public holidays, if it’s an otherwise working day for them (a day that they would have normally been at work). This also includes the Regional or Anniversary Day holiday.
Update your employee's Personal Details page with the holiday that applies to them. If all your employees are in the same region, you can select this in the Organisation > Defaults and each time you add a new employee it will automatically select this. If you have selected the holiday for all your employee's on their Personal Details, you will see a notification on the timesheet when you open a pay that contains a Regional Holiday.
Alert
Leave requests will exclude the holiday but only if the Personal Details have been updated.
