PH - Public Holiday (not Worked) - Upload to Timesheet Entry
iPayroll has a public holiday calendar in the system and each time you open a pay, if a holiday falls within the pay period; you will see a notification on each timesheet. It is relatively easy and quick to add entries using this method and it allows you to review the timesheet entry as it's very important to check any hours based on an employee’s specific situation and work pattern.
If you have a large number of employees, you can add Public Holiday not worked to the timesheet by creating an upload file. You upload to an open pay and the employees must have a timesheet in the pay.
Remember to delete the sample information. Check any entries you have copied. Remove any formulas before you upload. Test your data before uploading it. Uploading the file twice will ADD data not REPLACE it.
