People > Pay History > by Person
If you need to review payments made to a person, use the Pay History. Every payment made to a person is recorded on a pay by pay basis.
Options:
View pay history or run reports for specific time periods to see all payments made to a person.
Download a month by month tax summary
View an individual payslip or print payslips for a date range
Viewing:
Download to excel so you can view more detail of the payments made, including the pay rates used.
You can change the date range to display as many pays as necessary. The page displays the most recent pay first and then each pay after that going down the page.
After 31 Mar, the page view is restricted to payments made after 01 Apr onward then after 31 Dec, the view is restricted to payments made after 01 Jan. Changing the dates will allow to view more or less pays.
People > Pay History
- People > View People
- Select Person's name
- Select > Pay History

Filter pays and download
Changing the Pay Days From and To will allow you to only see the dates you require
- Change > Pay Days From (use the date picker or over type in the dates dd/mm/yyyy)
- Change > Pay Days To (leave the date as 31-Dec-2099 if you want all the pays up to the most recent one or over type 31-Dec-2099 if you need a range of dates i.e. 01/09 to 30/09
- Select > Print to generate a one page summary of what is displayed on the screen
- Select > Download Excel to generate a file that contains more detail of the payments made including breakdown of payments and leave types. The second tab has the detail with the Pay Rates used.
Payslips
To view or print an individual payslip
- Select the date of the Pay Day to generate a History Payslip
- Select Print to generate a PDF of the payslip.
If your pay is open, the Pay Day will display in italics. if you select this Pay Day you will be taken to the Timesheet Entry
Summary by Month
To view and download to excel a Payroll History that details individual tax payments made by each month
- Select > Summary by Month
