Payslip Logo - Resize an image

Payslip Logo Upload

In the Setup > Organisation > Defaults you can upload your logo to appear on the payslips that are created for your employees. It appears when the payslip has been downloaded or printed.
Large images cannot be accepted and may need to be resized.



  1. Right click on your logo file
  2. Select > Open with > Photos
  3. Right click on the image
  4. Select > Resize image
  5. Enter 1000 for Width (Height will automatically be entered)
  6. Save 
In iPayroll
  1. Go to Setup > Organisation > Defaults > Upload Organisation Logo on Payslip
  2. Select > Choose File 
  3. Select > the new Logo file
  4. Save
