My employee thinks they should have more Annual Leave? How do I work it out?

All employees are entitled to a set amount of Annual Leave. It’s up to their employer to keep track of leave taken. iPayroll keeps a complete track of all leave entitlement and leave taken records for you.

Go to the 'People' menu, then to 'View People'. Select the person then across the top go to their 'Leave' submenu to evaluate these 2 screens:

'Leave History' - to evaluate when the person has become entitled to leave and when they have taken leave.

'Accrual History' - to evaluate entitlement accruals and entitlement anniversaries.

There are also many other ways to view different records and calculations of leave. For example under the person's 'Leave' submenu, you can go to 'Leave Rates' to calculate a person's rate they were paid for leave taken, or you can go to the person's 'Pay History' submenu then to 'Pay History by Element' to run the history of pay element transaction records over a date range.
