I forgot to do the payroll and missed payday. What should I do?

Change the payday to a later date to allow you to Open the Payroll and complete your payroll processing. Do not confirm the payroll.

Phone our Helpdesk on the next business day during business hours. Request an "IMMEDIATE banking".

Subject to the banking arrangements held on your account, we will process an immediate banking and your employees will have their net pay in their bank accounts within approximately 2 hours. 

Additional charges of $70.00 plus GST will be applied.
