iPayroll Helpdesk Support

Our FREE Helpdesk will assist you via email or phone. The contact hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
The email help link and phone numbers are displayed on the Contact Us Tab in iPayroll.
Using the Contact Us link will prefill your Organisation Name and ID number.
If you have an URGENT problem, please phone us - especially if you cannot process your payroll.

  1. Review the iPayroll Help menu at the top right hand side of the screen.
  2. If you can't find the answer, select the Contact us tab and click on the link to email our helpdesk team or phone using the numbers displayed.
