Diary Notes and Timesheet Notes
Diary Notes under a persons profile
Go to the "People" menu then to a persons "Diary Notes" menu. You can keep confidential notes here date stamped. These notes are only seen by Users to your iPayroll Organisation can see, and only if they have the required iPayroll access level.
Timesheet notes on the "Timesheet Template"
On the "Timesheet Template" you can keep confidential Timesheet notes that only Users to your iPayroll Organisation i.e. PayMasters can see if they have the required iPayroll access. Employees will not be able to see these notes in their payslip Kiosk.
An example could be recording a person's work profile changes.
