Company or Organisation Documents
You can safely store and retrieve copies of policy documents that are relevant to your payroll in iPayroll.
During your implementation, you will be asked to upload supporting documentation for your payroll information. A list of the Accepted file types are displayed under the information icon on the page.
The documents can be viewed by a main user only.
Upload a Document
- Go to Reports > Company Documents.
- Select > Choose File
- Select the document you require from your files
- Select > Open
- The name of the document will now be visible next to Choose File
- Enter > Title of the document
- Enter < Description of the document
- Select > Upload
Download a Document
- Go to Reports > Company Documents.
- Select > Title of the document
- A copy of the document is downloaded to you computer
- Open the downloaded document
Delete a Company Document
- Go to Reports > Company Documents.
- In Uploaded Documents
- Filter by > Archived Files from dropdown list.
- Select > the document
- Select > Rubbish Bin
- Select > Delete
Archive a Company Document
- Go to Reports > Company Documents.
- In Uploaded Documents
- Select the Closed Folder icon for the document you want to archive.
- Select > Confirm Archive
- Select Archive.
Reinstate an archived Company Document
- Go to Reports > Company Documents.
- In Uploaded Documents
- Filter by > Archived Files from dropdown list.
- Select > the document.
- Select > Reinstate
