Access a person’s document
Paymasters can store an electronic copy of an employee's documents directly against the person in iPayroll. Paymasters and users with Enquiry Only access can download a stored document, if required.
Note: Downloading the document is also how you view the document.
Download a document for a person
- Go to People > View People and select the person you want to download a document for.
- Under the Personal Details sub-menu, select Documents.
The Documents page is displayed.
- Select the hyperlink in the Title of the document you want to access.
The document is downloaded.
- Select the downloaded document to open it.
