Contacting iPayroll Helpdesk Support
Our FREE Helpdesk will help you via email or phone.
- The helpdesk is staffed from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Emailing the helpdesk is easy, and we will reply ASAP (certainly within 4 working hours).
- If you have an URGENT problem, please always phone us - especially if it is stopping you getting a pay out on time. We provide immediate response to "payroll critical" enquiries.
