Custom Fields are a powerful HR feature that allow you to set up your own table-driven reporting fields for your people. Once you have set up your Custom Fields, you can record them against each person by going to their details.
To record Custom Fields on a person:
1. Go to the "People" menu then to a persons "Custom Fields" menu.
2. Select the Custom Field you want to record on the person in the "Filter By" menu.
3. Select the "+Add" button to add a new entry.
4. Select the Code you wish to record for the Custom Field you have selected, then record the relevant information and tick to save the record.
